Hi,
You will definitely need to know the password to your e-mail to recover your facebook account. Recovering the password for your e-mail all depends on the e-mail provider. Some use security questions. Some you can use a backup e-mail. It all depends on how you initially set up the account. Worst case scenario you may have to make a new facebook account.
Thank you,
Lee

My bf hack into my websites.and I can't get into any of my pages.how can l change my password??

As long as you can still get into your email. Change your email password so your bf can not get into your email. If you are locked out of your email site, you will have to phone your carrier's support phone number to get back into your email to change your email password.

Most other sites have a "forgot password" tab. Just click "forgot password" and the site will email you procedures to change your password. Just don't use any passwords your bf could guess. Use upper and lower case letters plus a few numbers to make it harder to hack your new passwords.

I forgot my pattern password and my email password

Pattern Password ??????
Which email account ?????...
Email providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo! and Gmail make it easy for email account holders to request an old password.
You must know your complete email address and have an alternative email address or cell phone number where a confirmation code can be sent.
If you cannot get your password back, your email provider will delete the old one. You can then create a new password.
Go to the email provider's website. For example, if your email address is registered with Yahoo!, go to Yahoo.com and if your email address is registered with Hotmail, go to Hotmail.com.
Find the sign-in section on the main page of the website.
You will see one box for your email ID and one for your email password.

Click the link that says, "Forgot your password?" if you're trying to recover a password belonging to a Hotmail email account.
Click the link that says, "Can't Access Your Account?" if you want to recover a password belonging to a Yahoo! or Gmail email account.
Check the circle indicating that you need to recover your password.
A page under the heading, "Reset your password," will appear.
You'll be asked to enter your email address.
Enter the characters in the picture box to confirm that your request is authentic. Email providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo! and Google employ this security feature to stop automated programs from illegally accessing email accounts.
Click "Continue."
Confirm your cell phone number or alternate email address, which the email provider will use to send a confirmation code.
Do not exit from this page.
You will need it later.
Go back to the page where you confirmed your cell phone number.
Enter the confirmation code that you received.
Click "Next."
Enter a new password, if requested, or sign in using your old password, which will appear on screen.

My Facebook e mail has been stolen how can I get it back

Change the email address you use with Facebook to another email. This can be done under the account settings page. This will prevent your Facebook account from being taken over, if it hasn't been already. To get your email back, go to the email providers website and find where you can change your password to the account. Changing the password will block the person who took over your email from accessing further.

To get your email account back, click on the forgot password link on the sign in page. It will ask for the secondary email id which you have provided during the sign up process. Just give it and click ok. An email will be sent to that secondary email account with the link to reset the password of your email account. By this way you can get your email account back
