This is quite possible, you wanna check to make sure though. If you can get into windows click on the start button go to Computer, I should bring up a window with your drives. Right click on your C: drive and go to properties, should be the last option. Once the new window is up navigate to the tools tab and go to the section that says Error checking, or disk checking. open up that option and check all of the boxes they give you. It should at this point ask you to restart, please do so. After restart I will run a full Chkdisk, will probly take and hour or so. This will give you an better Idea of what your looking at. If it comes back with a lot of erros then you probly have some issue with your hardrive.
