a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

HERE IS HOW TO GET RID OF IT
first open up C:/windows/system32
next, find WGATRAY.exe AND CLICK IT ONE TIME SO IT IS HIGHLIGHTED BLUE
now hold down the shift button and press delete
a small window will open up asking you to confirm the delete BUT DONT CLICK "YES" JUST YET!!
press control+alt+delete to open windows task manager (notice the button at the bottom that says "end task")
drag the task manager with your mouse to the RIGHT side of your screen ( **note**click and hold the blue area at the top of the window to drag it)
now drag the window that asks you to confirm delete to the LEFT so that the "yes" button is revealed (but make sure its not far from the task manager window. get it close as possible leaving the button revealed ... this is important!!)
now, in the task manager, click the "processes" tab.
now find "wgatray.exe" and click it once so it is highlighted blue
ok!! now you have to click the "end process" button at the bottom of the task manager AND THEN QUICKLY press the "yes" button in the confirm delete box
if you get the "access denied" error mesage you didnt do it quickly enough, so just try it again. make sure you put the two windows in a position where you can click each one quickly. it took me a couple tries too, so dont feel bad LOL. its worth it because your annoyance will be GONE :O)
