Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
My ipod shows the charged battery symbol when its not connected. i need assistance to have this stop ASAP . i have tried restoring, updating and resetting the ipod but still the same thing. Pls help
Try connecting the iPod to your PC. Sometimes this will reset your "hung" screen.
You may have tried this already but:
1. Switch the hold button on, then off.
2. Place the iPod on a flat surface (to make this process easier.
3. Press and hold the center button and the "Pause/Play" button at the same time until the Apple Logo is displayed.
If this doesn't work, try calling Apple or visiting the support section on the Apple website.

I hope these links help, and good luck!
