Question about HP DeskJet F380 All-In-One Printer
If you have connected your device before installing the software , this could be the cause of your issue .
Go to the Device manager and delete the driver . Go to the Control Panel \ programs to delete the software . Disconnect the device . Reboot . Install driver/sofware . Connect device and wait for confirmation of successfull operation .

Select correct OS before starting the download .
