Try making the ip on the machine the last 3 numbers 250 if there is no ip confict add a new port in the print driver with the new ip if you do not know what the computers ip is go start, run type ic cmd press enter and the in the window type ipconfig /all that will give you the ip config of the computer. if there are not to many computers on the network check all the pcs and pick a ip add that is not used by the pcs and give it to the copier

How can I make settings to support DHCP IP assignments and also recognize my manual IP's assigned to the LAN connected devices?

The easiest way I can think of is to shrink the DHCP address pool.

To do that, at least on the model of Actiontec router I have, click on "Network (Home/Office)" the go to the "IP Address Distribution" section of the screen. "DHCP Server" should already be selected, and under that, you'll find "Start IP addresses" and "End IP addresses." Usually, the start will be 192.168.1.2 and the end will be 192.168.1.254. What I usually do is change the start address to 192.168.1.200. That leaves over 50 addresses for normal wireless connections, and I'll general assign IP addresses from the rest of the range as follows:
192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.9: routers, APs, etc.
192.168.1.50 to 192.168.1.59: printers
192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.109 for other static devices. (I often find that Blu-Ray players, cable boxes, etc. behave better if they have a static address.)

But really, on home network, I doubt you'll have more than 15 devices that need static addresses, so you could set the DHCP start address as low as 192.168.1.16 if you wanted to.

We just installed a wireless router and now our computers are not able to print on the copier?

Check the IP-address that the new router assigned to the networked printer/copier.
If it has changed, then each computer needs to be reconfigured to connect to the "new" IP-address.

I have Verizon Fios install in my home. I use to have Comcast. This is the situation, before the Fios my linksys wireless router was connected directly to a modem. Now my linksys wireless router is...

Your IP address for you linksys router needs to be changed.  More than likely there using the same IP address such as 192.168.0.1.
You have to convert your linksys router to a switch and change the IP address range it uses to on that doesn't conflict with the Verizon router.
10.150.1.1 should work.

Cannot access the internet after installing new NetGear router.

you need to change the IP address of the router. Plug just the router into the computer. Open Internet Explorer and go to 192.168.1.1. user: admin password:password. On the main page it allows you to change the LAN IP. Make it 192.168.2.1. Now unplug everything and rewire it correctly. This should fix the issue. Verizon uses 192.168.1.1 for the modem well so does Netgear and this causes the network to not function. So changing the IP of the router should fix this issue and has worked for me many times that I have done that set up.
