Either you're clicking on the wrong spot, or your computer is freezing up. Does the link change color or light up right when you click on it? If so, it's not the link. Does your computer freeze up or does it just act like the links are useless?

Unable to send e-mails using windows mail

The connection to the server has failed. Account '<account name>', Server: '<SMTP server name>', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure (SSL): No, Socket Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

To resolve this behavior, change the SMTP server for your e-mail account to use the MSN SMTP server. To do this:
1.In Outlook Express, click Accounts on the Tools menu.
2.Click the Mail tab, select the account that you want to change, and then click the Properties button.
3.Click the Servers tab.
4.Under Server Information, delete the entry that is in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) box, and then type smtp.email.msn.com.
5.Under Outgoing Mail Server, click to select the My server requires authentication check box, and then click the Settings button.
6.Under Logon Information, click Log on using.
7.In the Account name box, type you MSN Member ID (everything before the at sign (@) of you MSN e-mail address).
8.In the Password box, type your MSN account password
9.Click to select the Log on using Secure PasswordAuthentication check box.
10.Click OK to close the Outgoing Mail Server dialog box.
11.Click OK to close the <Mail Account> Properties dialog box.
12.Click Close.

Hotmail not receiving. Enable IMAP How?

Windows Live Mail is the desktop email application of Office Live, introduced with Windows 7. Windows Live Mail replaces Outlook Express in Windows XP and Windows Mail in Windows Vista. You can use Windows Live Mail to access most free email accounts, such as Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo Mail, as well as those offered by Internet service providers. You can also set up your IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) account to use Windows Live Mail.

Open the Office Live email application. Click "Start," select "Programs" or "All Programs" and select "Windows Live Mail" from the "Windows Live Folder." Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Accounts" to open the "Accounts" dialog box. If you do not see thetoolbar, press the "Alt" key to display it. Click the "Add" button, select "Email Account" and click "Next." Type in the complete IMAP email address, such as "name@emailprovider.com" into the "Email Address." Enter the password for that account in the "Password" box. Enter the name you want displayed to email recipients in the "Display Name" box. Select the "Manually Configure Server Settings for Email" check box and click "Next." Select "IMAP" in the "My Incoming Mail Server Is" list. Enter "imap.ispname.com" into the "Incoming Server" box, replacing "ispname" with the name of your email provider. Type "smtp.ispname.com" into the "Outgoing Server" box, replacing "ispname" with the name of your email provider. Click "Next" and then click "Finish." Hope this helps.

Help me figure out or fix my e-mail. I am unable to open my e-mails to read and also, cannot send e-mails

Type search www.yahoo.com to arrive at the mail providers website. Once at the display interface, observe the mail logos that allows to display mail features at click of button. The mail display page of yahoo mail should request to key in user anme and password to already established account holders. usually the appropaite details recognisable to a member has to be type keyed where for example capulise features that would have been recognised a password is necessary to allow accessiblitity to member account. Observe the computers keyboard features to enable or disable caps lock keys that may have contributed toward least deriving accessibility with an authetic password and useranme. Also, usually several attempts to log into personal acount would have locked the access retainable by emailing or calling by phone the network account holder to perform changes. Unless the yahoo mail page displays such messages requesting to contact an account administrator least becomes unnecesary to gain accessiblity. Observe the yahoo mail account to ascertain the most appropiate means to log in.

Unable to visit my hotmail mailbox and msn websites

This is the common problem and it can be fixed by either calling tech support msn.com 800-386-5550. follow the IVR and you will reach the tech person. if you are paying for the e-mail account you have they will walk you through the e-mail support page where you will be answering the details given there and always remember that you have the alternate e-mail address before you have called. if you do not have alternte e-mail address just create one so that the password will be sent by the tech support team in 24-48 hrs of time.
if you are not paying for the e-mail domain then the technical help will not be provided. try clicking on the option forgot my password and answer the secret question. it will verify and ask you the alternate e-mail address. follow the steps its simple to understand and the issue can be fixed.

First make sure the Internet is working.
If it is then try to login with the same username and password on www.hotmail.com if you can log in then it's a problem with outlook express if you cant then that is the problem.
To make sure outlook express is correct click on Tools, Accounts then click on Mail tab and then click on your email address and select properties make sure the username and password are correct or retype them.
