Is it posible to recive mms messages on the mozart as i cant on mine and my dealer says its not possible its on a contract with orange

Your phone mms service is not yet activated. Activate it by sending a message. Just type MMS ON to 211.

Ask your customer service or technical department at your Phone Operator. Check you SIM card or go to their website. The phone may need to be enabled by them and they will give you instruction to send MMS as it is a good revenue stream for them

call your carrier and tell them you need your new phone configured. they'll send a few texts to it and it'll be done.
call from another line if you can when you do this.

you didnt specify which cell phone service you are using. here by guess is how to set up your MMS for TMOBILE. if you have another provider let me know and I can post those settings. You have to follow this exactly.
SMS, MMS AND VOICEMAIL:

SMS:
1- Click on thee envelope icon it will take you to Messages -->CLICK ON SMS
1- Message settings–> click in Profile Setting
2- Click edit on any profile name it T-mobile that will be line No. 1 in No.2 type +12063130004

MMS:
1-Message Settings–>click Server Profile
2-Click on any 1–> click on Edit Profile
1- Rename profile: T-mobile MMS
2- Homepage: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
3-Data Account: click on GPRS–> choose Tmobile–> press OK
4- Connection Type: HTTP : 216.155.165.050 - > port 8080
5- Username: leave it blank
6 Password: leave it blank
CLICK ON DONE –> SAVE–>ACTIVATE PROFILE

The easiest way is to phone Orange, and they will send the settings to you by SMS, and they will install automatically.

Alternatively, for entering settings manually, for SMS, you need to set up the message centre to 07973 100973.

make sure your gprs and mms setting correctly. if their no setting you can call you phone operator help line ask them to send gprs and mms setting to your phone.

what kind of sim card are you using in it now? in order to receive send pictures (other than bluetooth) you need a sim card. and if you have an att sim card in it and it is not letting you send receive picture mail, your internet is off. (we call this WAP in the industry). The easy fix:

Call ATT if you are using it on the ATT network and tell them to have the internet pay per use turned on. Then you will be able to receive MMS messages.
