Depending on the make and model number it is on the heater canister.

You can watch a video that explains how to take apart the dryer and test the fuse at the link below.

Where is the breaker for the motor?

There is a thermal overload in the motor that is internal and also resets automatically when the motor cools down. If you are asking about the circuit breaker for the dryer, it is located in your circuit breaker box where you power comes into your house. In the breaker box you will find a 2 pole double breaker that is marked 30 on the breaker lever, and hopefully the electrician has marked the location in the box panel door.

Dometic RM2862 Can you reset the thermo fuse? Current going to it but nothing going out and wouldn't this cause the unit not to work at all?

It probablby has a timer in it. You can reset the timer by turning it clockwise, and the compressor would come on again. It is usualy located under the concoles where the setting button is located. Look for a small hole under that console. If a thermal breaker is making the compressor cut off, it is usually located on the compressor where all the wiring are going in, along with the starting capacitor. Usually if the compressor is overheating and making the thermal breaker go off, there is a problem with the compressor, or it is low on refrigerant. A low refrigerant will make a compressor overheat. Furthermore if the compressor has been being overload by low refrigerant, it will be damaged sooner or later, by overheating the elecmotor inside and causing a short. If resetting the timer don't work and it is indeed the thermal breaker, unplug the machine and get it service, which I hope the compressor is still okay.

Headlight fuse location

Headlights do not have fuses. They have circuit breakers (thermal cutoffs) ususally in the headlight switch. Headlight circuits aren't fused because once the fuse blows, you're out of luck. At least with a self-resetting breaker, when the circuit cools off, you again have light.

Whirlpool dryer model LEB6000PQ0 its not heating up anymore''it starts it turns but the clothes dont dry its only 2 yrs old.

check your breaker first.A dryer will run on 110 but wont heat.if not breaker it could be your thermal fuse or element.the thermal fuse is located on element cage, unplug machine and test for continuity to your thermal cut off fuse which will be the top one on cage and check continuity to element.
