Here is a good link for setting up bios:

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/bios-beginners,1126.html

Be CAREFULL what you mess with in there.
My guees is that you need to renew the cmos battery on the mainboard.
Its a watch type 2032 battery.

I strongly recomend you visit someone with knowledge in that matter.

Good luck.

Monitor goes to BIOS Screen Repeatedly

Your monitor is fine, the problem here is with your computer, and sounds like a virus. Time to competely reinstall windows, or have a tech look at the computer.

Help please , hardware monitor found error

First, try by reinstalling Nero 7. If that doesnt work, it could be that your graphics driver does not have enough built in memory, and you will probably need to replace that. You could try installing the latest version of the driver for your graphics card first..

How much RAM do you have on your system? 128MB should be fine, but I recommend at least 512 MB installed.

Check these first and let me know how it goes..
