After 15 years of service I imagine it will be hard to get the parts you want to repair it.. Newer machines may not dry as quickly as the older types but they use less power to do so.. Consider a new machine for the sake of the economics of the problem

Bmw 525d heater blower inoprative

With the blower turned on, try tapping the blower motor with something hard. If it restarts, then this is a failing motor. If it doesn't start, then check power to the motor. If it has power, then the motor has failed completely.

My heat stopped blowing in my 1998 escort zx2 it just quit where do I start I checked all the fuses they are good is there a blower motor relay ??

"I checked all the fuses.." There is only one fuse, the 20A WIPER one in the instrument panel fuse panel which energizes the blower motor relay. The panel also contains the BLOWER circuit breaker which supplies power to the relay. If these parts check OK, there will be 12 volts on terminal 87 of the relay with the engine running and 12 volts on the BLU wire connected to the blower motor. If you set the function selector switch to any position other than OFF, the blower motor should operate at a speed you select by rotating the blower switch. If this doesn't happen, rotate the blower switch to HIGH. If still nothing, the thermal limiter in the blower motor resistor may be open. If still nothing, the function selector switch, the blower switch, the resistor or even the blower motor itself could be defective

How to get to dryer drum. GE mod#dbvh520ej2ww

Hello there and welcome to fixya
The most common problem with these are the motor or the motor bearings or rollers
and next is clothes getting caught between the drumb and the shell of the unit
Here is some troubleshooting help for you listed below
Motor If the dryer motor only hums when you press the Start button, the motor may be burned out. Here's how to test the dryer motor: Remove the belt. Check for obstructions in the blower fan housing. Manually rotate the shaft of the motor. If the motor is very stiff, or impossible to rotate manually, and the blower fan housing is clear, you need to replace the motor. If the motor rotates freely, run the motor momentarily with the belt removed and the blower in place. If the motor runs fine with the belt removed, there may be a problem with the idler pulley or the clothes drum. Try to rotate the drum by hand. If it is very difficult to move, correct any problem with the rollers or pulley, and then reassemble the dryer and try it again. If the motor hums but doesn't rotate on its own even with the belt removed--yet you can turn it freely by hand--you usually need to replace the motor

Heater/ Air Conditioner Blower Motor

you should relist under lincoln continental, not refrigerators. If you have electronic temp control, you should not have a resister. You should have a bower motor speed controller.

here's info for 1996 system. I don't have 1995, sorry.

A/C Blower Motor Speed Control
The A/C blower motor speed control (19E624) is located under the A/C evaporator housing, to the left of the blower motor (18527).
  • The function of the A/C blower motor speed control is to convert low power signals from the EATC control assembly to a high current, variable ground feed for the blower motor.
  • A/C blower motor speed is infinitely variable and is controlled by the electronic control assembly software and A/C electronic door actuator motor position.
  • A delay function provides a gradual increase or decrease in blower motor speed under all conditions.

Blower Speed Override Thumbwheel
Rotate the blower speed override thumbwheel more than 10 degrees to turn OFF the AUTOMATIC blower indicator and provide manual control of the A/C blower motor speed.
  • The display will show FAN and a fan symbol.
  • Rotating the wheel fully down against its lower stop locks the blower motor (18527) at its lowest speed.
  • Rotating the wheel fully up against the stop, locks the blower motor at its highest speed.
Press the AUTOMATIC button to resume automatic A/C blower motor control and remove the FAN and fan symbol from the display window.

The drum on my dryer stopped turning it was heating and it just stopped turning, I just want to get instuctions on how to take it apart.

If your dryer doesn't tumble, check these:

Belt
Motor
Door switch
Belt Dryers have a drive belt that turns the clothes drum. If the belt breaks, the drum stops rotating. Then you need to replace the belt, and often the idler pulley, because the pulley tends to wear out at the same time.

Click here for a belt installation diagram.

Motor If the dryer motor only hums when you press the Start button, the motor may be burned out. Here's how to test the dryer motor:

  • Remove the belt.

  • Check for obstructions in the blower fan housing.

  • Manually rotate the shaft of the motor.

If the motor hums but doesn't rotate on its own even with the belt removed--yet you can turn it freely by hand--you usually need to replace the motor or the motor start capacitor.

Door switch Your dryer can't operate at all if the door switch is defective. It's inside the dryer main housing near the door frame. Sometimes you need to raise or open the top or front of the dryer to reach the switch. If it's defective, you need to replace it.
