Firstly, take off the vent that hook up to the rear of the dryer, if the dryer got heat again. You should clean the vent. Else, there are quite a few component caused no heat. They are: thermal-cut-off (non-resettable), heating element.
Beware to unplug your dryer before opening it. The cut off thermal and heating element can check it connectivity by ohm meter. Normally, the cut-off causes this issue.

I have a Kenmore Series 70 Dryer and I changed the thermal fuse got hot for a few minutes the model #110.74722400

The cycling thermostat must also be replaced when replacing the thermal fuse. The cycling thermostat's failure to cycle off the heating element results in overheating of the dryer which consequently blows the thermal fuse open.

Replacing only the thermal fuse should the dryer stops running and fails to start will result in its premature blowing or even the thermal cut-out (cut-off) located on the heater duct. Like the cycling thermostat, the high-limit thermostat must also be replaced once the thermal cut-out blows open. Refer to the parts diagram in the link below and look for item numbers 31(thermal cut-off), 34(hi-limit thermostat), 39(thermal fuse), and 41(cycling thermostat.

My kenmore dryer turns on but cuts off a few seconds latter.

Must be the motor. If it was a limit and the dryer stopped it would NOT start again later. Only a bad motor can produce this phenom.

You could replace the motor OR go to Plan B

Lube the motor and see if it will go a bit longer. The heat makes the oil in the resrvoirs dry out with time. The motor shaft needs a thin layer of oil between the shaft and bearing. If that oil is gone the motor will get hot and die quickly. You can sometimes get her to work some more and save some money: How to lube a dryer motor

Kenmore Model 110.96585200 No heat!

You probably have a bad thermal cut-off . This is the small thermostat , located at the top of the element housing . This " thermostat " should read infinate resistance ( no resistance ) . You can put the 2 wires togather , and see if heat comes on . pt # 3399848 . Both thermostats , should read 0 resistance . They are normally closed . The thermal cut-off , will not reset itself , if open . This is a safety t-stat , for when dryer gets too hot , and will have to be replaced .

Kenmore dryer will not git hot HEATING ELEMENTS is good and thermostat is good

Hello, Ok if you have checked the heater, hi-limit, thermal fuse and thermostat and they are all good your problem is going to be with the centrifugal switch. This is built into the motor. To check this pull the wire harness off the motor and where you see the 2 big wires going into the plug make a jumper wire with 2 male spades and some wire. Jump this wires and then run a cycle for a few seconds. if the heater comes on you have found your problem. This will require you replace the motor. Hope this helps. Mike

Thats what it's supposed to do hopefully the clothes are coming out dry. The dryer has both thermal sesors and fuses that tell the dryer when to heat up and when to cool down. So yes the heating element will come on and go off multiple times in a cycle.

Dryer does not heat

Check the thermal cut-off, the thermostat, and the heating element. Most times one of the tree is the culprit.

I have seen a bad timer cause the no heat problem a few times but 99% of the time it is one of the three I mentioned.

If you change the thermal cut-off make sure you get both the cut-off and the thermostat. A stuck T-stat will take out a cut-off in a big hurry.
