Depending on model there should be a screw in the middle.

How do i use cleaning powder

Hi Dont use the cleaning powder yet. Remove the group head shower and clean it with steel wool, then clean the group head where the shower sits with sfeel wool. Remove the filter fron the group handle and clean the under side. Also clean the group handle before you put the filter back in. You shouldn't use powder in these machines, but if you do, you need to put a blind filter (filter with no holes in it)in the group handle. If you dont have a blind filter, you can use foil to cover your filter. When you have done that, you need to add a 1/4 teaspoon of powder into the foil covered basket and lock the handle in the group head. Switch the coffee button on for a few seconds then off again.Domt take handle out yet. Repeat this on/off proceedure 5 or 6 times. Now remove the handle and flush out any powder that is left. Leaving the foil in place, lock the handle back into the group head and repeat the above proceedure. This fushes out any powder residue. Make a coffee and discard. Now your machine has bee back flushed. Again, i do not recomend using powder in these machines. The poder can back flow into the boiler. Just make sure you give it a good flush. If you clean your group head and shower weekly, you'll never need to use powder. Dazza COFFEE MACHINE TECHNICIAN

Hi
You need to remove the brew head gasket in order to get the screen out. Then you will see everything else. The brew head gasket holds everything in.

Twisted crank

Replacing the crankshaft you will need to do complete engine tear down.
If your mechanically inclined and you have the tools and must needed service manual go for it.
Remove the engine and make sure you have an area to lay out your motor parts so you do not mix nuts and bolts in one big pile, start at the top removing the valve cover and work down, keeping your top end parts in their grouping ( valve cover with their bolt, cams and cam bolts together, head and head bolts and do not mixup your cam bearing caps ) your going to have a lot of bolts try not to mix them up.
Good luck but get a manual this would take days to walk you through it.

After getting Replace Water Filter VEntilate display I replaced with Saeco Intenza water filter cartridge I have always used. However, unit does not move off this display after I press OK button. I have...

After replacing the filter in the tank, keep the button pressed; when the indicator light is flashing, then release the button.

Also at times, the gears in the brew drive assembly will not complete the cycle to the proper start position for different reasons. Some of the reasons are:

  1. Brew group jammed or blocked.
Note: A jammed or blocked brew group can happen when the brew group starts the cycle but doesn’t finish it.
  2. Either one of the micro-switches in the brew drive has gone bad.
  3. Brew drive motor failure.
  4. Broken teeth on either of the brew drive gears.
  5. Dirty brew group, covered by coffee grinds.
  6. Brew group or gears not lubricated.
  7. Connections to the board from brew drive assy., or motor have gone bad

Where is the fuel filter located on a 2000 millenium edition

Hello kathysue2: My name is Roger and I can answer your question. Open the trunk pull up the cover. The carpet that cover the floor. You will find a small cover. Probably 6 inches or so in diameter. Remove the 3 screws holding it down. You will find the filter under this cover. Be careful loosening the fittings. The fuel system will be under pressure. Please rate the quality of your answer. This helps insure the information you received was correct. Thank You for using FixYa. Roger

Water not pouring down

Need more info such as is it a 2 head or 1 head. Have you removed the screen and diffuser to see if its clogged, do you hear the pump when you run the head. If yes to all then on top of the group, if you remove the front cover, and the sheet metal plate you will see a nut a 17 or 19mm open end wrench will help you remove it(MAKE SURE WATER IS TURNED OFF AND THAT THE MACHINE IS COOLED BEFORE OPENING). The micro filter and the jet will be covered with minerals clean filter and use a paper clip or long pin to clean the small hole in the middle of the jet.
