Question about Dishwashers
First thing you would do is to check the drain line and where it connects into your sink. folowing this you would turn on your unit briefly to assure the drain pump is working by listening you can turn on the drain usually by hitting the cancel button after you have assured that the pump is working next you would pull the entire unit out from under your counter and tilt the unit back to acess where that same hose you took off at the drain reaches the drain pump if the hose is ok and the pump is functioning properly you would then put the machine flat again and open the door of the machine and look inside the sump to see if there is any food or objects trapped around the chopper this can stop the water from draining out of your unit also note that a small amount of water is supposed to stay down the bottom of the unit in order to keep the seals wet but i think you have alot more then the small amount message me back if you have any further questions Thanks Rick
p.s please remember when our chat has concluded to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in similar situations Thanks again Rick
