It seems to me you may need to replace the low pressure sensor located inside the rim.

Raise tire pressure to 36psi, install a high air flow ( low restriction/low micron) air filter, and 5/20 full synthetic motor oil. And if you use a/c, set to normal or economy, not max. Also , most states use winter fuel which reduces fuel mileage 10 -15% on most cars.

look at your manual and see if you have to reprogram key less entry after replacing batteries some models require it

THE FUEL FILTER IS UNDER NEATH THE CAR AND THE AIR FLOW SENSOR IS ON TOP WHERE THE AIR FILTER IS

it can be a fuel problem could be the regulator or the fuel filter, if its not getting enough fuel it will turn down the air flow, can also be a vacume leak if its broken or leaking, this would mean its getting more air than it needs.

INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR (IAT) is normally located at the engine air filter housing for old models but i think yours its incorporated with the mass air flow unit (assembly). Thats the sensor after the air filter

92 or 93 octane. Jim , you can change both the air and cabin air filters. There are a series off pop pins covering the air intake. If you depress the center button with a BIC pen tip and then lift at the side they will pop up. They are a plastic spring load so be gentle.
Underneath you will find the intake housing and filter. Cabin air filter should be behind the glove box area I
believe .
FYI , Lexus has a patented high volume oil filter. If you change your own , stcik with genuine for longer life, unless you are certain the aftermarket matches
