Hello i set a picture from facebook as my walpaper on the galaxy tablet and cant find where to change it or where the picture is saved can you help please?

Hook up the USB cable to the computer and see if it recognizes the phone, if it does just download the pictures like you do from any digital camera. I just did this with my Galaxy Note.
Downloading photos from Facebook is pretty simple really. You should just long-press on the picture after which a menu will appear where you should be able to download it.
Another, bit longer way to save a photo is by taking a screenshot of the photo while it is full screen.
Sounds like you are saving to the SD card and it has a corruption. See if you can save successfully to the device memory. If so then backup all the SD data and replace the card.
