If OUND is sound
the beeps are post during post the very first work is done by the ram,all the memory in the ram is first transferred to the hard disk, and remains active untill turned off.
make sure that your RAM is securely seated
test or replace all the leads that attach to your hard drive make sure the connections are secure including electrical extensions + IDE,SATA the ones that attach from your
((motherboard to hard drive))
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they are probably old and faulty ?
hope this helps don

1. Please check video configuration by looking it up on the PC control panel.
2. Please make sure you choose the both DVi and VGA port by simply placing "tick" on the box.

On your second issue. Please follow the steps below

Iam having a problem in my toshiba satelliate x205 sli1 it want start up it only gives me 3 bippes and no screen i cant see anything i removed all my rams and it still wan't run and don't even give any...

The beeps may be from the ram memory ..remove them and use one at the time and see if you get at least the devices or the logo on the screen ..the idea is to see if it is a ram issue or a video card ..
I think it may be the ram ..but ..the fact that it does nto show anything on screen is odd..usually even if ti is teh ram memory it shows a splash screen or so ..
If trying ram one at the time (in case of multiple modules ) does not make a difference may try to see if an external monitor works ..This will eliminate the dead display ..
In the last case you should see what options have for a new video card ..the issue with this is the card may be on board ..and not having space for another one ..You may need to change the motherboard ..let me know what you've done ..and how it behaved..

Monitor turn dark frequently

it sounds like your PC trouble, you may try (it is better to make sure the monitor connect other PC ok)
1) check PC ram, change ram sticks position if there are two ram stick, or change a new ram if only one ram inside. not fix go next
2) check VGA cable connection, reseat the cable. still not fix go next
3) if you use AGP VGA card change VGA cable to onboard VGA interface (setup bios VGA to onboard),
is this helpful to you olease feedback thanks.

Hi, USB issues - Probably the BIOS. Have you checked the BIOS version? VIA P4V845? Also I get the impression that P4V845 have 2 versions, SX & SM, that it is an Intel chipset based mb and not VIA and that it was probably by one of the OEM vendors for Pc Partner. In any case, should you want to flash/update your BIOS, this might be of help to you > Good luck and kind regards.
