Clearing cmos does not work. Second DG41BI. Byed new memory modules, ddr3 1066. Connected everything, watched temperature in bios for couple minutes. Setted the memory to 1066 since it was automaticly on 800. Reseted the system. My motherboard gives 3 beeps. Clearing CMOS does not help, thou, bios seeams to be resseted sice i settuped "On power failure turn on". After cmos reset it does not turn on automaticly. I have to turn it on on button.
