I think you may need to reset your router and let your printer to try to find your router again. But keep a note of all the settings on your router so you don't lose them. Any chances that your printer can be trying to connect to other wireless device other than your router and look like connected? Restart your printer and remove the settings on your printer and try the steps as you are setting up the wireless connection between your router and your printer for the first time.
