  • Log into your router (default IP is 192.169.1.1) with a web browser
  • Default username: blank
  • Default Password: admin
  • Click Applications & Gaming
  • Click Port Forward Range
  • Enter in the port range (ie: 23000 - 23200) you need
  • Enter in the IP address (ie: 192.169.1.101) of your PC/Laptop/PS3 (on a computer go into command prompt type ipconfig for this information)
  • Set Protocol (TCP/UDP/Both) if unsure use

Save settings and you should be good to go

*Bulletstorm requires ports 53,80,3074 so you would make 3 separate entries with each port as the beginning and end (53-53)

I hope this helps

Hi i want the driver of creative sound card sb0200 for win7 32 bit. tell me the link plzzz. early

To make this driver work on Windows 7 32 bit, download the official Dell driver from the link in rehnanahmed50's post. Then double click it to create he install directory. Finally go to the install directory and right click the .exe and select troubleshoot compatibly. Widows 7 will then run it as Windows XP sp2. Once installed, reboot and the sound and game port will work great.

My ports are not open and my internet say you nat type is moderate

If you have a firewall or network hardware, such as a router, you might need to make a configuration change in order for your Xbox 360 console to communicate with Xbox LIVE. This configuration change is sometimes called “opening ports” or "port forwarding."

Xbox LIVE requires the following ports to be open: • TCP 80 • UDP 88 • UDP 3074 • TCP 3074 • UDP 53 • TCP 53

An update from xbox live may resolve your issue but before you do that better clear the cache first by going to the system settings first before checking live for an update.

There should be an option for AUTO settings. Make sure that is selected and it should fix your problem. If not, post here again and I'll help further.

Motorola router nat not open for xbox live

Configuring the Firewall for Gaming
By default, the SBG900 firewall is disabled.
If, as recommended, you enable the firewall, refer to the game’s documentation to ensure that the necessary ports are open for use by that game.
The pre-defined SBG firewall policies affect X-Box LiveTM as follows:
LOW: XBox Live data can pass through the firewall. No user action is required.
MEDIUM or HIGH: To enable X-Box Live traffic to pass, you must configure:
• Choose Custom on the Firewall > POLICY — basic Page • UDP 88:88 and UDP/TCP 3074:3074 on the Firewall > POLICY — advanced Page
Configuring Port Triggers
Because the SBG has pre-defined port triggers for games using any of the following applications, no user action is required to enable them:
• DirectX 7 and DirectX 8 • MSN Games by Zone.com • Battle.net®
For a list of games supported by Battle.net, visit http://www.battle.net.
You may need to create custom port triggers to enable other games to operate properly. If you set custom port triggers and enable the firewall, you must customize the firewall to allow traffic through those ports.
To create custom port triggers, use the Gateway > PORT TRIGGERS — custom Page.

SB900 USER GUIDE
The motorola guide has more information relating to port triggers.
If you download the pdf file, go to page 27 for Firewall settings and Page 35 for Gaming Settings..
More indepth information is there.
Hope that helps
Mike

Xbox 360 not connecting to online parties or games

If there is a firewall or a router between the Xbox console and the networking hardware, and the Xbox LIVE test reports a NAT problem, you may have to make configuration changes to enable communication on the specific network ports that are required by Xbox LIVE. This will not guarantee that this will give you an "open" NAT status, but it may help.

If you are using an Xbox LIVE-compatible or Windows Vista-compatible device with the correct firmware installed, you do not have to manually open any ports. For a device to gain "compatible" status, the device and the firmware must perform specific functions with Xbox LIVE. These functions include (but are not limited to) setting NAT to "Open" and having the ability to connect multiple consoles to a single router. For more information about how to find out if your networking hardware is compatible with Xbox LIVE, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: 944293 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/944293/ ) How to find out if your networking hardware is compatible with the Xbox LIVE Service If your device is not on the compatible list, you can try opening the following ports:
  • TCP 80
  • UDP 88
  • UDP 3074
  • TCP 3074
  • UDP 53
  • TCP 53
For information about how to configure port settings on a firewall, a router, or a gateway, please see the documentation that was included with that device or contact your network administrator or local technical support for help. You can also check the xbox.com official forums to see if other users have the same problem.

If you use a Windows Vista-certified or Xbox LIVE-certified device and the NAT status in the Network Status area of the Dashboard is "moderate" or "strict," verify that the device has the current firmware. For information about Xbox LIVE-certified devices, such as the correct firmware version for the device, please visit the following Xbox Web site: http://winqual.microsoft.com/HCL/ProductList.aspx?m=v&cid=712&g=d

Cant have private chat or play games with friends

This should solve your problem

For most devices that use NAT, port forwarding is not required to connect to Xbox Live. This is especially true if you use an Xbox Live certified device. Sometimes, you may have to configure port settings on a non Xbox Live certified router or gateway.

If there is a firewall device between the Xbox console and the network device, you may have to configure the firewall to enable communication on specific network ports. If the NAT status in the Network Status area of the Dashboard is "moderate" or "strict," you may have to configure port settings.

The following ports must be available for Xbox Live to operate correctly:
 UDP 88
 UDP 3074
 TCP 3074

To open the ports on your router see this handy website here,

http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm

which gives you a step by step guide.

Before opening the ports you must give your Xbox 360 a static IP address (manual) be sure to use an IP address that no other item on your network is using and is fairly high up in your range, for example if your router's address is 192.168.0.1 then you should use something like 192.168.10 for your Xbox 360.

You can also enable DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) on your router, which will open up all the ports to your Xbox 360, however NEVER use this on a PC's IP, see your router's manual on how to do this.

Once the correct ports are open for your Xbox 360, then your NAT should say open.

Nat / strict

First, why are you connecting to your laptop? Second, reset your modem and router. I doubt you need to open ports that are not normally open...but if you think you need to do more, access the router and open the ports manually.
