i have had my canon camara sx100 is and when ever I take pictures they are blured. I just not happy with my camara.

I have a Power Shot A580 that had the same lens problem: lens wouldn't retract causing a lens fault.

1. I powered down the camera
2. I pushed the lens to a collapsed (flush) position. I hated to do this, but the fault was caused by the lens being partially extended in an off state.
3. I turned the camera back on. It is working fine.

First try pressing the DISPLAY button. If that doesn't fix it then this sounds like it might be a defective CCD imager.
