Question about Bissell 7920 ProHeat Pro-Tech Upright Wet/Dry Vacuum
Is the gasket on the bottom of the tank and not sitting in the hole. If it is on, there is a gasket to seal the cap, it may be missing. Usually replacing the soap dispenser, it comes with a new valve, will solve the problem.
