SOURCE: hang problem

If MB has on-board video, too, make sure it is turned off and not just on "auto". Make sure that the amount of shared RAM (if MB uses this 'feature') is set to 'disabled' or "0", even if on-board video controller is turned 'off. If this is AGP controller, make sure bios setting of AGP multiplier matches that of Video Adapter. Remove drivers for old(er) video card if you have not done so already. Did you go to Windows update and accept an updated version of the driver for said card? Roll it back... Don't overclock RAM, BUS, Video System, etc. Remove overclock software from machine. Go to MFG website and download their latest driver and install.

SOURCE: my graphic card asus EAH3450

Hi!
I think your GPU is overheating and that causes the problem. Download GPU-Z and install it. Start up your game and then pause it, Alt + Tab back to Windows, start GPU-Z > Sensors and check the temperatures. If it`s above 70-80 C you have a problem so you have to upgrade your cooling system. Try to install as many case fans as you can(side coolers>sucking the air in, back side coolers>blowing it out). If that doesn`t help you`ll have to buy a bigger cooler for your GPU.
Good luck

Why won't my ATI HD5450 work on my ASUS P5LP-LE mb?

Are you sure that the 5450 works? Try it on another PC, if it does work fine on another system then it could mean that the PCI Express slot on your ASUS board could be faulty. Uninstalling the on-board drivers won't make a difference.

Ge force 9500gt, 512mb, ddr2 compatible with asus a7n8x deluxe

The ASUS A7N8X only supports AGP8X, the 9500GT is PCI Express. There is no way the 9500GT will work with this board.

Hi i have en210 512 ddr2 card i install the card but soundcard cannot work

I'm assuming you have the card installed properly, have run your installation cd and, as you're good as far as video. I don't know what system you have and there appears to be support for Win XP, Vista, and Windows 7 through Asus. This particular card does not provide sound. You will have to use on board sound or, get a sound card. It is a low profile card so, you may be able to install a sound card in your PCIe slot(internal) if you have room or, you could go with a USB sound card(external).

Installed GeForce 8500 GT PCI-E video card and pc will not turn on

If your mboard has a builtin video card you should configure that b4 u can use that add on card.

1. connect the add on card.
2. connect the monitor to the built in VGA.
3. start system and press "F2 or Delete" to go to bios setup.
4. on bios setup " refer to the manual on installing addon PCI express card".
you find it here: http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us.

or enlosed in the board.

After configuring your system restart and unplug in the wall outlet and then connect the monitor in the add on card.

Hope you find in order.

Video card

Hi Yosemic..

Bad news for you... your computer don't have an AGP or PCI-e slot, so a video card upgrade is possible, but no recommended cause you will have to buy a PCI VGA (very slow).

Your computer only have 3 PCI slots as you can see at this link
http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/dim2400/en/sm_en/specs.htm

Better buy a new one..
