Question about HP Photosmart C5180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have been quite stressed. I have a memory card in the XD slot on my C5180 and it blinks green then goes green solid on the light down at the card inserts. I have the USB cable connected to my laptop that has the HP Photosmart Transfer software, but it does not see the card sitting out there to get the pics from. I also tried HP Photosmart Premier to transfer them. Neither sees the card out there on the printer. I can't find any help on transferring from this, and it is the main reason I picked this one. I can also be reached at email@example.com if you have ideas...
I cannot find my Windows C5180 install CD -- I only found the MAC cd... how to I get the Photosmart Express SW w/out re-purchasing a CD?

Didn't try via USB. Via ethernet connect i can reach the card reader by entering '\\printer' in an explorer window. You can find the name of your C5180 on the network settings in the printer menu.
Hope this helps

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
