Question about Verbatim SmartDisk Firelite Portable USB 2.0 250GB GO 5400 rpm/tpm 250 GB Hard Drive
Do you hear it connect through the speakers when you connect via USB? If you do then click start > right click on computer and click manage. click on disk management and see if you can see the 250gb hard drive. if you can, then right click the drive and click change drive letter, if nothing is in the box indicating it has a drive letter assigned then click on add and choose a letter, if you now see the drive when you open explorer but cant access it then the reason it isnt showing in windows is probably because you have formatted it as a mac filing system.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
