One burner has full flame, the 2nd burner has low flame!

Has your grill always done this or is it something that recently has started. If this is the first time there might be a difference between the BTU ratings of each burner.

Looking for part # 636047318200 for Grill to Go model # 4656110 (2001or 2002). This is the left leg.

Unfortunately, the part you're looking for, as well as your model grill are no longer available from the manufacturer or from after market grill parts dealers.

I'm sorry. I wish I had better news for you. Thanks for choosing FixYa.

I can light one burner to produce low flame only. Propane flow does not allow for both burners to produce flame at the same time. After one burner is lit when I attempt to light the second it will kill the...

Mike, your gas regulator is locked up. To solve the problem, do the following.

1. Turn the tank valve OFF and disconnect the hose from the tank.

2. Wait 5 minutes and reconnect the hose to the tank.

3. Open the tank valve VERY, VERY SLOWLY (Slow motion, slow) until the valve is fully open.

4. Light on burner and turn it to HIGH. Does the flame height look correct? If so, light the other
burner the exact same way. Do both flame heights look correct? If so, you solved the problem.

In the future, always remember to turn the tank valve ON very, very slowly.

If the above didn't solve the problem. You will need to replace the grill's Hose/Regulator Assembly. You can pick one up from any hardware store or home center that sells gas grills & accessories for about $30.00. Take you old one with you for comparison purposes.

Hope this helped you to troubleshoot and solve the problem. Happy Grilling!!

Grill 2 go model 6401206 need burner valve and cover handle

I am giving you a link to the Char-Broil website that lists the exact model grill you are asking for. At the bottom of the page is a window with four tabs. Click on the tab that says "Replacement Parts". The burner kit and handle kit you want are listed right there. You can click on the "Add to Cart" button by each part you want to order them. This is a very straightforward process that should not need additional help for you to do it. Here is the link: http://www.charbroil.com/Consumer/product_detail_m.aspx?ProductID=1006

It sounds like sealant may need to be used on connections. Use appropriate one for gas fittings.

Noting where the leak is occuring is important. Another possibility is the fuel is being somehow "jetted" from a hole or orifice in a burner tube to the area behind the control panel. These are hard to see what happens first when it does happen.
