As you look at the tractor from the front, the right side should have the fuel filter eigther connected directly to the carburotor or splitted between two fuel lies. if it is threaded to the carburator disconect the fuel line first using pliers if clamped or wrench if line is threaded. secondly remove filtger from carburator using wrench or pliers if clamped. replace fuel filter in direction marked flow towards carburator. if it is not marked blow through one side of filter if you get air going through it imagine that gas was flowing through there instead and replace according to flow.
