Question about Eagle Industries FishElite 640C GPS Receiver
This is not promising, I'am not aware of an un-install feature on the GPS system for this type of situation, but I would check your manual to see if an option is available. The only other thing I can suggest is hook the GPS system back on the computer and try to download the correct software, if it detects the other software it might offer the option to un-install it first, "which is what we want" then you can install the correct software, "a long shot" keep in mind this may make things worse! the final thing you can do is contact the company and ask for customer support, and the technical department.
