Question about Hannspree HW191D LCD Monitor
Here is the simple test to detect hardware malfunction.
on every monitor these days whether its CRT or LCD already programmed inside self test.
detach your cable data to CPU and power on your monitor. if its displayed self test on your screen mean its OK and something wrong with your CPU, could be VGA error.
if its just black display mean some is wrong with your monitor.
