Possible that the main board is damaged as the moisture present have short circuited the board circuitry , possible in the output transmission network.
Please remove battery and clean with tips given below:

Samsung gt-b7320 drains battery charge while charging. why?

hello there!
the battery of your phone is not functioning well. meaning, you have to replace a new battery for your phone.
tip:
don't use the phone while charging. let it be fully charge. and not to overcharge it too. because using the phone while charging will reduce the life span of the battery.

My palm centro fell into some water last night and now none of the buttons are working, the touch screen works. What should I do? Can I take off the keypad so I can try to dry it out under there?

You can try to take the keypad off and see if that works. It sounds like the board that controls your keypad might be ruined. If you can't get it to work take it to a cell phone shop and see what they charge. Be sure to shop around and be sure to tell them you are doing so. They are competitive but also overcharge people when they know they can.

Ipod shuffle (2nd gen) completely dead

you are still under warranty...take it to the sony apple store...they will fix it /replace it or tell you there is cost if it not the battery (note do not tell them you charged overnight, and for the future do chage any gadgets more than 3-4 hrs) when you do charge over night you are actually shorten the battery life span or overcharge....so as soon as you come home from school, work, whatever cell/ipod or any other device needs to be charge...charge it now and unplug before you go to bed....

Charge/in use light

Typically the charge light will stay on as long as the phone is on the charger. After 16hrs, the battery should be fully charged. Leaving it on the charger constantly can actually overcharge the battery, shorening it's life. The best thing to do is use it until it tells you the battery is getting low, then charge it uninterrupted for about 8-12 hrs. Of course, that's ideal and can't always be done, but the more you can do that, the better.

Hope that helps, and please rate my answer, good OR bad.

Good luck!

Water damage

How much time do u have put the cell phone on the light?
Try to let in the sun light, like 2 days whiteout trying to charge it.
Then try again, if the symptom is the same call your seller where you buy the phone.
