How do I set the date and month on a Sharper Image Model 7132?

Hi!  I have the manual! ... I will try to scan in the whole manual, but for now:
Setting Alarms:
1) Press and hold ALM1 or ALM2 for two seconds until the alarm time flashes. 2) Press ALM1/HOUR to advance the hour and ALM2/MIN to advance the minute.  The time will display "PM" if set to PM and nothing if set to AM 3) Clock will revert to normal operation when no buttons are pressed for 15 seconds.  The alarm is now set and activated.

While the radio POWER is off, press the "MODE" button 6 times Press "CH-" to decrease hours, "CH " to increase. Press "mode" again when hour is correct. Repeat for minute, month, date, year, etc.
