Question about Heating & Cooling
The simplest way is to turn the ON/Off switch on the plug-in power cord to OFF. Wait 12 to 15 minutes and turn it back ON. If yours is not so equipped (it's supposed to be, if you live in the UK), unplug the unit for 12 to 15 minutes and then plug back in. In either case, the controls on the heater should be in the OFF position, before attempting either solution.
