This could mean a couple of things, it colud be that you really do have a jam (sometimes just a small piece of paper hidden in the paper path) or if you have a duplexor on the unit, paper likes to hide in there... all else fails, replace the feed rollers and sep pad if it has a sep pad... Next time it's pretty helpful to put the type and model of printer you have if you want a straight answer... hope this helps...

Paper is jammed

Only 2 things can be done. Switch it on or off repeatedly, the paper will automatically come out. Second, disassemble it and take out the papers.

Paper feed jamms the paper all the time, will not feed without jamming from bottom tray, top tray jams every 2 to 3 prints or print with the top corner bent

Unless both feeder rollers went bad at the same time, which is unlikely, it must have something to do with the paper. It might be slightly damp, or not the correct kind. Try using high quality matte white paper from a brand new pack and see whether it still jams.

Paper Jam

Don't know if it's the same problem i had but its maybe worth a try. My paper went in a little, the wheels were turning but it didn't take the rest of the paper or print.
Someone replied to my problem, i tried it and it fixed 1st time. Also seems to of worked for others, it seems to reset the sensors or something.
Solution:- Use a piece of thin card, a magazine cover is what i used, make sure its A4 size then try to print something, as the paper starts moving push it through!! and hey presto it worked for me, everything printing fine now.
hope it works, let me know, Garty

You prob have a few small pieces of photo paper jammed in the printer somewhere. Try to take something small that you can push through the printer to make sure there is nothing hidden jamming the printer.
