If you are getting coolant in the exhaust system then you probably have a blown head gasket.

The manual tells me to test the product by heating a cup of water for 30 seconds

Bernard,
I usually will test a cup of water for 60 seconds and it should be hot enough that you would not want to leave you finger in the water more than a couple of seconds. It would not be hot enough for most people to use for coffee or some other hot beverage but it would be hot enough to burn your finger if you leave it in there for very long. If it is still lukewarm after running for 60 seconds you probably have a problem with some of the major components and depending on the age of your microwave it might be cheaper to replace the microwave with a new one. Hope this helps you!

At What temp is waste oil to be transported? According to the Manufactures instructions, at what temp are fryers to be serviced, emptied, cleaned?

It is necessary oil to cool to room temperature. Be careful with hot oil as it can severely damage your skin. It is best to wait for cool down and then work with them or with the device. It can really be dangerous, especially if children are nearby.

It should be unplugged and left to defrost for 12 to 24 hours before you move it.

If you have to lie it down at any point during the move it then needs to be left for a minimum of 12 hours for the fluid to resettle before you plug it back in.

Can I lay down an Emerson 4.6 cu ft refrigerator to fit in my car to transport

Even though it's not the preferred method of transport, it's OK to lay a refrig down for moving, even new R134a if you pay close attention to the refrigerant lines.

Determine where the suction line runs up into the freezer. This is the largest tube connected to the compressor, and is usually (though not always) visible running up the back of the cabinet.

As long as the refrig is laid down on whichever side allows this line to stay 'high', there'll be minimal oil migration, and when you arrive at your destination, just stand it upright for an hour or so and it'll be fine. Obviously, the shorter the trip, the better.

If the suction line runs up the door handle side, just duct-tape the doors securely closed before you lay it down to keep them from opening and getting damaged. It helps to lay a block of wood under the top end, just to keep it inclined a bit, too.

I've been moving refrig's for some 32 years now, and while moving them in an upright position IS best, sometimes you just can't. I work out of a van, and have often laid both refrig's and upright freezers down for transport with no ill effects.

After using the microwave once it does not function afterwards. When i unplug it and leave it for a couple of hours i'm able to use it once again. the above must be done on every occassion of...

It sounds like the magnetron is getting to hot and when that happens there is a thermal fuse that opens preventing the oven from running, and resets when it cools down. There is the possibility the thermal fuse is faulty. Now! you mentioned you used it once and trouble started, I assume it is under warranty and should be returned for repair or exchange.

I HAVE A GE MICROWAVE/BROWNER NODEL WES1384SM2SS. IT HAS STOPPED RUNNING. I CAN SET IT UP TO COOK BUT WHEN I HIT THE START BUTTON NOTHING HAPPENS.

Re: GE JES1384SF Mine quit working so I unplugged it and put a pot of boiling water in it and let the steam dissolve whatever was gumming things up. I used an electric hot plate to keep the water boiling. I let it boil for a couple of hours. I left the door 2/3 open. The microwave is working again. It is four years old and has been used every day, many times a day before it stopped working.
