Getting this error message after format - Computers & Internet

Camera cards are never to be formatted on the computer....only in the camera. "card error" usually always means you need to format the card in the camera. This will erase it so download any pics you want to save first.

Try formatting your SD card by plugging in Laptop's or using a memory card reader. Don't use the cell, after formatting insert in cell and re-format. it will work.

If you get a message as "Memory Card Error" on your camera AND you still need some of the photos , the first step is to format the card through the camera menu (Note: if you have an sD card, once you re-format your card any photos cannot be recovered.). check your camera manual to see how to format your memory card. If this does not help, try another memory card (say the small 16/32mb card that came in the box with the camera). If this card does not display a "memory card error", then the other card is at fault.

If there are sd card error, you cannot format your sd card. you may get messages like

"No SD memory card inserted" messages appears when using digital cameras,
"A media card hard been inserted that contains errors. Do you wish to repair the Media Card now?"
You can read the files on SD memory card, but you cannot write new files or you cannot edit files on SD memory card,

Some camera's, especially older ones, have a limit as to the maximum size of the memory card that they support. Look in the manual to see what the camera can support.

Your solution depends on if system remain always in error status or it become usual after error message. First you should do hard formatting by removing sim and mmc then pressing four keys i.e. *,3,green send key and power switch simenteniously. Phone will get formatted and problem will be solved. If it doesn't work then we can say that there must be system file error. It can be resolved only by special tools like JAF or UFS.

This error message means that the card is corrupted or formatted for another digital camera. Turn off the camera. Insert a new card or format the card. CAUTION: Formatting deletes all pictures and videos, including those that are protected. Removing a card during formatting may damage the card.
