It will ask you to confirm, Press ok & if ask phone code then
Default phone lock code for samsung if it did'not changed before then it is 00000000 (eight zero's)

Note:
Remember one things hard reset will deletes all your messages, all contacts, photos, notes etc in the phone memory.Your phone is like a new phone. So better is first save all your data and then format it

How can i format my n5800

on soft formatting:

*#7370# should still reformat the 5800 in the same way it re formats any S60 2nd edition or later phones.

on hard formatting:

try this to your phone. turn off your phone. then follow these instructions.

press and hold the following 4 buttons till the phones restarts completely.

1. hold the green button used to accept calls.
2. hold the * keypad
3. hold the number 3 keypad.
4. hold the power button located at the top of the phone.

press and hold the buttons until the phones starts by itself. it will take some more time to start in this way and remove your memory card and do it.
