You didn't give any useful details either, so at a best guess you've set a pin code on your phone and cannot recall it. If so, then after a few attempts your phone will display a message to say that it's PUK locked. To unlock it and set a new pin code you'll need a PUK code (Personal Unblocking Key) from your network supplier, nobody else can provide it.
If you have a BlackBerry then matters get more complicated, but if so you can add a comment to get more guidance.
