Hi
there are 2 knobs in the bean hopper. Turn the small knob down to the middle and try again. you can get too much coffee in the brew unit and it will dump the grounds instead of making coffee. If the grinds are to big or coarse, it will also dump the ground.

Espresso comes out, but very, very slow !!! I cleaned it, descaled it and still takes forever for a cup of cofee to come out !!! Any suggestions??

First, check the grinder settings and coffee quantity. You may be using too much coffee and/or grind is too fine.

If that doesn't address your problem, you may have a bad water tank seal which allows air to enter the machine, thus reducing the water pressure. You may diagnose this at your own risk, by removing the right side cover and checking for the presence of air in the small plastic water filter located under the tank.

No coffee is coming out of the machine...

in our machine we wanted a stronger coffee so we adjusted the auto grinder (where the coffee beans are housed) to the finest setting thinking the finer the grind the stronger the coffee...after doing this the machine wouldnot make coffee...we sent it away while still under warranty and the tech said that the grind selection was too low so they just turned the grinder back up a notch and it worked fine ....dont know if this will help but it's worth a try!
