Question about Computers & Internet
I have had this problem on a new computer I bought. I ended up sending it back, but in this case you can go to the " sign and hit the shift key, that might be where the @ is hiding. If you push "shift" and the number "2" and are not getting the @ sign, what are you getting? the thing you are getting is where the @ went. if you do a google search of the problem, you will see you're not alone and there are some things you can try. I tried all those things with no luck, so that's why I returned the computer, its not the keyboard, its the software.
