I just bought this stroller used and I was wondering If I ever need a replacement part how can I contact the company. I googled them on the web and I can't seem to find any place that even sells this stroller. Is the company still around?

Rather than order one from the manufacturer I recommend you take the stroller to your neighborhood hardware store and they have assortments or nuts, bolts, washers, etc you can try. It would not take long to find the right fit washer and nut and it would cost you about 25 cents.
Short of calling the manufacture for a replacement i would suggest placing an add on Craigslist or a similar community forum asking for the part you need. Consignment shops might be another good start.
You can try contacting Baby Jogger or BOB. They both have a parts department and you should be able to order one through them. Depending on what you need it for they may be hesitant to sell it to you for a non-stroller related problem but if you give them the model number of one of the strollers they do sell with 12" wheels, tell them its for the stroller, they shouldn't give you too much problem. Baby Jogger has the City series which has a 12' swivel front wheel. The model number is 65053. The number to contact them is 1-800-241-1848.
