What happen before this.
You need to scan disk (check disk)your system. Open my computer and right click on local drive e.g. Drive C. Select properties then click on Tools tab and select CHECK NOW from error checking option. Select Automatically fix the system file error. Select Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors then click on START. Select YES. Restart the computer.
