Ntldlr not found

This is common when there is a disk left in the drive. Check your floppy or CD drive first.
If there is no disk in the drive, then follow the steps below.

Change your computer's boot sequence. Make sure that your computer's first boot sequence is the CD-ROM Drive.

1.Insert the Windows XP CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive, and then restart the computer.

Click to select any options that are required to start the computer from the CD-ROM drive if you are prompted.

2.When the "Welcome to Setup" screen appears, press R to start the Recovery Console.

3.If you have a dual-boot or multiple-boot computer, select the installation that you must access from the Recovery Console.

4.When you are prompted, type the Administrator password. If the administrator password is blank, just press ENTER.

5.Enter in the following commands

COPY X:i386NTLDR C:
COPY X:i386NTDETECT.COM C:
[where X=CD ROM Drive]
Take out the CD ROM and type exit

How to break password of windows xp

Fixya does not provide solutions to cracking WIndows XP or other licensed products or applications. This would mean software piracy and is illegal. Save yourself from trouble by acquiring a genuine license key for your own use. This would let you update your version of WIndows and let you install the latest security patches needed.

How to crack windows password?

Cracking passwords would cause you trouble since software piracy is punishable by law and your IP address will be traced, in this case, by Microsoft.

Further, Fixya does not tolerate software piracy.

Turn the Welcome screen on or off It sounds as if you accidentally turned off the welcome screen. Here's how to turn that function on and off:

To turn the Welcome screen on or off
You must have a computer administrator account on a computer that is a member of a workgroup or is a stand-alone computer to turn on or turn off the Use the Welcome screen feature. Logging on at the Welcome screen is not available on computers that are members of a network domain.
  1. Open shortcutcold.gifUser Accounts in Control Panel.
  2. Click Change the way users log on or off.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To specify that users log on to the computer using the Welcome screen, select the Use the Welcome screen check box. A user logs on to the computer by clicking his or her user account name on the Welcome screen. If a password is assigned to the account, the user is prompted to type it.
    • To specify that users log on to the computer without using the Welcome screen, clear the Use the Welcome screen check box. The Welcome screen will no longer appear when you start the computer. To log on to the computer, type your user name (and password, if you have one) in the standard Log On to Windows dialog box.
note.gif Notes
  • To open User Accounts, click Start, click Control Panel, and then click User Accounts.
  • Fast User Switching is available only when the Welcome screen is turned on. For more information, click Related Topics.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you require further assistance.
