3years before i buy nec i-select computer and i got antivirus leaflet with that.i forgot to activate antivirus software.now i am tring to activate but its sowing unable to activate.please advise me

Here's my suggestion shut down Windows immediately and reboot pressing down F8. Then select safe mode with networking. Uninstall your faulty antivirus software and reinstall either the same software or another antivirus program.
