I tried searching case logic's site for support for this mouse...but to no avail. Apparently this was a hit and run product they never looked back on. Anyways, I found a few answers from other users on the net. Here's one such solution I could glean. Hope it helps:
1) Locate the 'reset' button on the bottom of the mouse. (Tiny little black button on ours...)

2) Plug in the USB receiver. The blue LED button should light steadily.

3) Turn on the mouse. Hold it near the USB receiver.

4) Push the blue LED button on the receiver, and as it begins flashing slowly, push the reset button on the bottom of the mouse. This should synchronize the mouse and the USB receiver within moments.

5) If the blue LED button on the USB receiver begins flashing very rapidly, the mouse and the USB receiver are communicating, and the mouse should begin to work.

If it does not, the battery in the mouse may need to be removed and replaced, then the whole process started again...

If it works, you'll probably have to go into Mouse Properties in your Device Manager and adjust the response of the mouse, because the default settings are often positively crazy sensitive!

EW-6000 it wont download and does not show in my mouse propertys

I've been through two of these mice (Case Logic EW-6000) and once you put the cover on the battery case it misaligns the battery with the connectors. You should see a red light coming through the bottom. My work around was to wedge a thick piece of paper between the batteries to force the connection. I don't see how it ever got past QC.

My wireless mouse wont work

The wireless mouse functions with batteries. Snap open the location area at buttom of mouse to either check for misalligned batteries or dead batteries requiring replacement. Also, the wireless mouse has an adpater cable that is connected to the computer USB area from where signals are acquired during functionality. Make sure every connectable cables to the computer are firmly in place. Sometimes, the computer may require restarting to capture wireless establishments if an disconnections were encountered once computer was still on. Make sure every connectables are firmly in place, restart the computer for desired functionality. Also, a restart of the computer should diagnose the malfunction of mouse attachements. Improtant notes: A new wireless mouse may have required installation of softwares, opening the computer wireless devices estblihment area to regulate captions on the new setup priop to first acquisition of wireless mouse functionality. I just dropped my mouse by accident and it doesn't work now. How do I fix this?

open up the door to make sure the batteries are okay, reseat the batteries into the slots to make sure the batteries are making proper contact.

If that doesn't work, then try new batteries just to be sure the batteries aren't the issue.

If it still doesn't work then leave the new batteries in and the usb adapter that comes with that mouse, hook it back up to the usb slot on the laptop and see if windows recognizes the mouse. If no messages come up then go into the device manager and see if the mouse shows up in there.

It will show up as either the type of mouse you have or a yellow question mark which would mean you need to reinstall the software for the mouse.

if nothing shows up in the device manager for the mouse then that means the mouse is bad and would need to be replaced.

I followed all the directions its fully charged and showing up on the mouse but its not working at all

Open My Computer, Right quick C: then click properties. Select Hardware tab. Click on Device Manager. Find Mouse in the list. If there is an exclamation point beside it, select mouse and click properties. Look in the comment box to see why the exclamation point is there and fix the problem as suggested. If there is no mouse listed but you see an Other Devices column with an exclamation point, this is probably your mouse. In either case, the problem is probably the driver. Reinstall the driver and the mouse should work if everything else was done correctly. If this still doesn't work, you may have to download another driver from the manufacturer. I had to do that one time with a brand new HP wireless mouse. For some reason the driver on the install CD was not the correct one.

My case logic optical mouse will not link up

Is this a wired or wireless mouse?

If this is a wired mouse, try connecting it into different USB port or different computer so that you would know if there's a problem with the USB ports or with the computer or with the mouse.

If this is wireless, try the following:

1. Replace the batteries of the mouse.
2. Make sure that the mouse is turned ON.
3. Try connecting the USB wireless adapter of the mouse into different USB ports.
4. Connect also the adapter into different computer.
5. Make sure that there's no interference between the adapter and the mouse such as wireless phones, cell phones and other wireless devices.

Wireless mouse, cordless phones and cellphones are all running at 2.4Ghz frequency, so if there's a wireless device that's running on the same wireless freq, then it would interfere with the mouse that would cause the mouse not to work.

If same problem occurs after checking everything, then contact the manufacturer of the mouse for RMA (repair).

Have a great day!

Keyboard does not type brand new batteries

look for a little hole on the keyboard, the button is the size of a pin head, it is for resetting the keyboard after you put in a new battery. when you find the reset switch the keyboard light will work and the startup bar will show it has found a new device.
