Ok this easy go to the hardware store and ask for the sandpaper to fit your sander, black & decker make sandpaper specifically for that sander. now depending what job you want to do will determin what grade you want sand paper works like this the higher the number on the paper the finer it is so for example 80 is very coarse you would use that for eg stripping thick paint on a door but 2000 is very fine and is used for eg sanding varnish between coats. ok hope that helps let me know how you go.

Can't figure out how to load the sand paper on to the mouse sander

Just stick the sand paper sheet to the base of the mouse sander... it's velcro it will hold... match the forme of the paper with the forme of the sander's base... that's all...

Cheers!

How does the sand paper attach to the removeable bases? There is a screw that keeps the base on. Nothing is sticky to hold it there? The piece that is like velcro is great but it somehow needs to be...

the velcro piece should have a removeable or i should say a peel off paper like a sticker and then stick the velcro to the base off sander if it was not on when you got it. it was not put on at the factory cause they give you the option of using stick on sheat of sandpaper or hook & loop (velcro).

The base has lost its stickiness and no longer holds the velcro pad that you attach the sandpaper to.

I had same problem. Go to the hardware store and buy some Velcro strips. One side has adhesive, just put that side on the mouse. I had to put several strips on then cut around the shape of the mouse. Sandpaper for the mouse sticks to it great. Just be careful when pulling the used sandpaper back off that you don't tear off the Velcro. I threw that little pad away that was originally on the mouse.

Spare Tips for Black & Decker KA161 Mouse Sander Polisher

Hi,
Don't know if you had any joy finding the heads, I'm in the UK and managed to get all the spares I need for my mouse.
You can get them from here: http://www.mtmc.co.uk/Black--And--Decker-KA161K-Type-1-Sander-Spare-Parts/p-20239/
I believe the part your looking for is par 105 on the diagram, they're like less than £1 each (I just ordered 3).
Hope this helps.
