Should be no problem--but it has to be "allowed" in your internet security program and in your web browser, too. Today, most web browsers will not allow you to download and install the app unless you give it permission. The yellow bar at the top of the browser will tell you it needs permission. You also may have to go into the security settings on the browser to allow this.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Make sure that you have installed latest version of "Adobe Flash Player" in your computer. If you already have one please upgrade it. It is a free software. Download Adobe flash player version 9 or 10.1 in your computer from the following link.

CANNOT INSTALL UPDATES FOR ADOBE READER 9

What error-message(s) do you get when you try?

If you're referring to the _free_ Acrobat Reader,
use Add/Remove Programs to uninstall it.
Then, download the latest version of the software from http://www.adobe.com -- most of the updates will already be integrated into the download.

If you're referring to the "full" software (that creates PDF files), find your original software, and license-key. Then, use Add/Remove Programs to uninstall it.
Restart your computer.
Reinstall from the media, using the license-key.
Then, do the "check for updates" within the software.

I downloaded adobe flash player 10 would not work with vista, so I uninstalled and and re-installed flash player 9. Would not work, I keep trying to install 9 and now it won't install?

Flash Player is persnickety ---when you uninstall make sure there are no pieces of it still sitting on the drive. check with control panel, uninstall a program, making sure EVERYTHING having to do with Adobe is taken out. After all is out, check again. Retry version 9, and if it gous in immediately upgrade to 10. Both versions are Vista capable.

I uninstalled the previous flash player, but am still unable to download successfully flash player 9 or 10. What is the problem?

Adobe has created its own version of a program to uninstall Flash Player, because others have experienced this issue as well.

First, make sure all other apps are closed... you may want to be sure by launching task manager and closing apps or stopping processes that aren't needed.

Uninstall and then download the latest version. Be sure you have Admin priviledges when you install.

Problem solved. Used Windows Install clean-up on Reader 9 files, then uninstalled Flash and Acrobat Standard 6, installed IE8 and Reader 9.0 (from files already in desktop folder). Then upgraded to 9.1. What a pain, but it works now.

Same issue: Unable 2 download/view pdf files online.

Hello,
In Inernet Explorer window, click Tools menu, find Manage Add-Ons.In the window that open look for a drop-down list, select all add-ons and see if Adobe Browser helper Object add-on is enabled. Enable it if it is not. If that does not work reinstall Adobe Reader.

Hope it helps
