I'm having the same problem and in troublshooting it I've discovered that their are several versions of .netFramework all of which are not backward compatible. That is some programs that require netFramework 1.1 (which is what e-speaking uses) will not work consistantly if they are working with a system that has only say netFrame 4 or 3.5 installed. It seems you can install more than one without causing any problems so that's what I'm going to try.
You can't open your "keygen", to crack or hack using a generated code for the software you have installed? If any security programs is installed on your PC ie. antivirus, or internet security. they might block or quarantine the program from starting. (Most security programs consider "Keygen, patches or crack files" malicious in nature because they changes the system Registry". Another thing is that the "keygen" is corrupted or the "keygen" is built using the .netframework platform so you have to install the necessary .netframework in order to get the "keygen" working.
If you are not sure about using any "cracks" best is not to use them because those "cracks" might screwed up your PC.
Solution You must reinstall Microsoft .net framework.
You can do this by: Go to the control panel Go to add remove program select Microsoft .netframework 1.1 and remove Also if you have the Microsoft .netframework 1.1 Hotfix select that and click remove as well.
Once both those are removed we can reinstall Microsoft .netframework from the Print Shop Install disc
You can do this by: Insert the Print Shop Install disc Double Click on My computer Right Click on the Drive that contains the Print Shop Disc Left click the open option. Double click on the folder called Setup Double click on the file that’s called 1033DotNetfx This will reinstall the net framework on your computer and it should fix the issue you are having.
