I have a WF337AAG front load washer. Its about 2.5 years old and is leaking. I have changed the door diapragm, replaced the drain hose, and inspected all other hoses and connections and have no leaks. After watching a complete cycle, it looks like the water is dripping from the middle of the drum close to the bottom at a point where one of the screws that holds the drum together is located. I cannot tell if this is the exact point of the leak since you have to leave the front panel in tact to run the machine, but from the rear this appears to be the approximate source of the problem. The funny thing is that it only leaks when the machine is injecting water. Once the drum is full, the leak stops? I have a rubber gasket that goes between the drum, but it looks like a major job to change and need to know if there is anything else i might try or can anyone give advice as to how to take the drum apart. THanks

SOURCE: I have a two month old Samsung WF350 front load

I just received my Samsung WD 8804 front loader washing machine, and during the 3rd wash trial, I noticed the same problem of water trickling down from the base of the front door. I took a closer look and the problem is actually due to a cracked rubber seal, which can be seen through the glass door. I have informed the technician.

6 year old front load Samsung washer seems suddenly out of balance. Leveled perfect. No load problem. Any ideas?

The tub is suspended by springs and the non rotational forces are dampened by a shock absorber. There is also something called a balancer S0058 in the diagram. After 6 years springs sag and shock absorbers can wear out, I'd start with replacing those. Get the exact model number before ordering parts; a Google search will find lots of parts sources. You may even want to call the supplier to confirm compatibility of parts.

Cold water leaks into tub when machine is off

Try to identify roughly the area the leak is coming from. This will eleminate some of the following

Hose Connections
Check the rubber washers or replace if the hoses are leaking at the WATER INLET valve

Door Seal
This is a common place for leaks. Carefully check by partially pulling seal inside out and check for punctures, pens, pencils... Additionaly if the door is not closing properly it may need a door adjustment. This can easily be done by loosening the hinge bolts on the front panel, adjusting and retighten. The seal is also known to get lightly snagged by zippers or rub by heavy items when close are being removed. This tends to cause the seal to get damaged at the six o'clock position. This is sometimes hardly noticeable but if it is leaking from the bottom of the door replace door seal.

Water Inlet Valve
If the hose connections are good to the water inlet valve check that water is not leaking from the valve itself it is replace inlet water valve

Drain Pump
Check the drain pump housing and all hose connections. The drain pump is behind the lower panel, behind the back panel, and sometimes removal of the front panel. Hoses can be tightened. If hoses or pump housing is leaking replace pump .

Outer Drum
The outer drum is 2 halves bolted together some washers have a seal between others do not. If the washer is leaking between the seems disassembly of the washer will be necessary. The top panel, console, front panel, door seal, struts. 9696d86e-1b8b-4b2e-af2c-6f3a3ae921dc.jpg

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

ND error in your Samsung Front Load washer indicates no drain issue. To start with check the drain hose for any clogs and try cleaning it, then check restriction in drain pump assembly or loose wire at the pump. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

In the first place you must make a complaint to the consumer protection cell in your district, can be filed online inmany places so check this out.so lets get the dealer concerned to give a proffessional job you are entitled.
The second part is to see the leak whic with a good powerful light will show you exactly from where it comes. It can be from the front loading door gasket, the outlet hose, the drum, the outlet valve or pump or the drain hose by itselt. The faulty component needs to be replaced. If the leaks appears at drain then the drain hose, valve pump must be checked .

The drain hose must be at least level with the top of the actual tub in the washer. The water pump is only bad if it is leaking. If it is leaking from the front you either have a cracked outer tub, but it sounds like your water pump, easy to change out just get the model # and order it through an appliance parts distributor. The cost is about 40 to 50 bucks. good luck!

Leak

Hi, If you remove the lower half of the front panel, you will be able to see the pump and hoses. Another option is the bellows around the door. Please let me know if this helps or if I can assist you further.

I have a three year old LG front load washer that has started to leak. I have replaced the hoses but the problem persists. Any suggestions before I call the repair man.

Where is it leaking from? The front or the back? If it is from the front replace the door gasket. If it is leaking from the back you will need to remove the back panel and get into the drain line and make sure that the drain line from the pump to to outside drain line is ok and not broke or loose
