Question about Mitsubishi WD-62825 62" Rear Projection HDTV
this problem is either a power problem or bad projection lamp problem;
How long have you been using this TV and have you ever changed the lamp?
This problem also has a symptom of a bad or dying projection lamp and sometimes the ballast board. The ballast board helps to ignite the projection lamp.
So, you might need to replace the projection lamp and if possible, ballast board.
Again, the constant blinking light also be caused by failed capacitors on the DM power board. Check the below link, you will find the service or repair manual for your TV.
Also, to order for a repair kit to fix DM board problems, visit; http://www.tvrepairworld.com/mitsubishi_repair_kits
Check the above two discussed as one certainly has to be the cause of the problem.

This symptom indicated two major caused why blinking led light appear.
1. Faulty(busted) lamp will trigger this symptom, the problem is you can only justify this by swapping a new/working lamp like what the repair shop do. The lamp can't be test by multimeter.
2. Missing Voltages in the output of power supply section - this is caused by leaky/dried capacitor which will drop the voltage and make the unit disable. Sometimes it has a bulged at the top but not all. You must have a capacitor checker to determine its condition. Open fusible resistror in line with shorted voltage regulator transistor will also shows the same symptom. Also, bad solder joints in that area is going to consider because it will affect the regulation of the supply.
If you don't have necessary tools and can't do the job yourself, I would advice you to look for a qualified technician to troubleshoot the problem.
Hope I helped you.
Have a nice day!
