Question about Cell Phones
The problem is from the Keyboard Flex Cable. It has either lost contact from the main board or it is completely damaged.
If you have basic repairing knowledge, you may disasseble your phone and re-attach it properly.
However,if that did not help, you may have to purchase a new flex cable to replace the damaged on.
